Synopsis:
While working for inventor Dr. F'toora, lab assistant Chuck Taine was tasked to deliver a bottle of super plastic fluid. Chuck accidentally drank the concoction and was transformed into a Bouncing Boy. Chuck petitioned the Legion for membership. He was turned down, but after he stopped a museum robber who had defeated Saturn Girl, Chuck was allowed to join the team.
