Synopsis:
The Minute Men go camping and meet an escaped mental patient, John Grant. Guards from the sanitarium take Grant back into custody, but Hourman becomes suspicious. He discovers that Dr. Feher is hypnotizing patients at the hospital and forcing them to do his bidding.

Hourman is captured when he tries to confront Feher. He is hypnotizes, and Feher plans to leave him to take the blame for the crimes. Hourman overcomes the hypnosis and prevents a robbery. He then returns to the sanitarium to rescue Thorndyke and another boy who have been taken prisoner. Feher is captured, and his victims return to their lives.
