Synopsis:
Minute Man Burns requests that Hourman help his older brother Bob who is accused of robbing a train. Hourman questions Bob, the train clerk, and is led to Bob's partner Sam. He finds the gang of Nick Remos attacking Sam. Hourman helps the clerk, then tracks down Nick, who is the real robber. However, Nick and his partner Viller capture Hourman. The costumed hero is still able to signal the Minute Men who come to his aid. Hourman and the boys then capture the crooks including Sam, who was the inside man on the train robbery.
