This story is continued from New Gods #18 and continues in New Gods #20.

Synopsis:
Orion is captured by Necromina and taken to Apokolips. However, he was only feigning to be incapacitated. When the moment arises, he breaks loose and attacks Darkseid's minions. When he recognizes one of them as his former comrade Concord, he pauses. In that moment, Darkseid's forces manage to subdue him.

Meanwhile, Yuga Khan continues his march across the cosmos. Lar Gand follows in his wake, discovering world after world destroyed. Khan eventually reaches Apokolips where he confronts his son, Darkseid.
