Synopsis:
Rafael returns to Dos Rios which is currently inflamed in controversy. A high school teacher is suspended for teaching history which the white population inconvenient. Los Diablos stand up for the teacher, but Didrickson's campaign manager enflames the fight which leads to violence. El Diablo stops the fighting. He then removes his mask and decides to give up his vigilante identity. Instead, he stands up for what he believes in by conducting a political debate between the liberal, conservative, and moderate candidate for mayor.
