After Waller's continued involvement with the Suicide Squad is made public, Sarge Steel shuts down the team. Waller argues for the team to continue, but she is unable to convince Steel. Fearing that the Loa is still a threat, Waller enlists Deadshot, Poison Ivy and Ravan to handle the case permanently. Using the criminals, Waller reaches the leadership of the Loa, then orders Deadshot to murder them. He does. Waller then releases Deadshot, Ivy, and Ravan. For her actions Waller is sent to prison.
