Synopsis:
Disguising themselves as poor beggars, Big Joe Arno and his gang commit several robberies. They have kidnapped the real beggars and framed them for the crimes. When Lee Travis is nearly gunned down by one of the crooks disguised as Dick Moore, the Crimson Avenger gets involved.

The Crimson Avenger protects Dick's mother who has asked Lee Travis for help. The crooks attack him, but he is able to learn their plans. The Avenger and Wing then defeat the crooks, free the kidnapped beggars, and clear Dick's name.
