Synopsis:
Inventor Roderick C. Broderick brings his dog into Hero Hotline headquarters after sealing him inside a cube of unbreakable plastic. Diamondette uses her fingers to slice through the glue holding the cube together. When the dog is free, it attacks its master.

Elsewhere, Stretch and Hotshot work together to disarm a man with a gasoline-filled water pistol which he is using to threaten a smoker in a subway tunnel.

Finally, back at headquarters, Melanie Boulder arrives to thank the man who rescued her from a meat locker. She brushes off Mr. Muscles and kisses Private Eyes. Her time in the meat locker has caused her to temporarily lose her voice, so Voice-Over agrees to fill in for her at a concert.
