Synopsis:
Dinah tracks down a forger named Hank Beecham who is being attacked by thugs. She helps to chase them away, then she questions Beecham, who indicates that a man in a cowboy hat had been asking questions. Dinah realizes this is the man she knows as Doug Vallines, so she calls and leaves a message on his phone.

Meanwhile, immigration agent Bill MacDonald puts out a contract on a Seattle I.N.S. investigator Ellen Waverly who has been checking the background of Hector Librado.
