Andy Flint continues the police investigation into the identity of Wild Dog. He questions Susan King who tells him that Graham Gault is no longer a suspect. Flint questions Gault who points the finger at Lou Godder because his wife was killed by terrorists. Godder denies that he is Wild Dog and shows Flint a picture of Wild Dog in action.
Flint brings the picture to Jack Wheeler and points out that Jack's boots match the picture of Wild Dog. Jack became Wild Dog after his girlfriend was murdered by members of a crime family. He took revenge on her killers and became Wild Dog. He then asks for Flint's help as a police contact.
