Synopsis:
Graham Gault takes three of his former high school friends aboard a riverboat to visit Arsenal Island where many of the Army's weapons are manufactured. Gault suspects one of his friends is Wild Dog and intends to use him to improve the security of the facility. While the group is watching the testing of a new weapon, the Committee for Social Change attacks. They take over the riverboat and steal a prototype grenade launcher. Wild Dog then goes into action. He kills the terrorists, recaptures the weapon, and uses it to destroy the riverboat and the terrorists onboard.
