Comments:
This story is continued from Batman #446.

Synopsis:
Batman saves himself from a deadly fall arranged by the NKVDemon. However, he is unable to stop the demon from killing his targets. Finally there is only one target remaining, Mikhail Gorbachev. Batman expects his opponent to strike at an Earth Day celebration. He prevents the assassination of the Soviet Premier, and engages the NKVDemon. When Batman refuses to kill his foe, Nikita Krakov fires the shots that kill Dosynski.
