Synopsis:
Dyna-Mite finds Neptune Perkins and Sandy to get their help in finding their missing teammates. Perkins suggests getting Tsunami to help also. She refuses to go with them until she learns that Kamikaze is now working with Axis Amerika. Once she agree to join them, the four Young All-Stars set out to find their friends.

The Young All-Stars are attacked near Catalina. Tsunami battles Kamikaze, while Neptune Perkins is able to defeat Sea Wolf. Sandy pilots the All-Star Rocket Racer and crashes into the blimp commanded by Axis Amerika. Dan and Sandy appeared to be overmatched, but Dan discovers that he still possesses his powers.

Dan creates an explosion that frees Arn Munro from a concrete block in which he was imprisoned. He then acts to protect Dan from Gudra. Fury sees the fight and is transformed into the Blood Avenger Tisiphone. She goes out of control battling friend and foe alike. Fledermaus is killed in the carnage which continues until Arn is able to calm Fury back to her ordinary self.

After the battle, the Young All-Stars return to New York where they are introduced to the public at a baseball game.
