Synopsis:
Lois Lane visits Smallville to discover what happened to Clark Kent after his encounter with Lana Lang at the Daily Planet. She sees the Manhunter space ship outside of town and wonders why no one outside of town knows about it. She then finds Lana talking to Superman.
Lana, Superman, and Lois begin a guarded discussion. Lana and Superman explain that they know one another. When Lois asks if Clark Kent is Superman the conversation is interrupted by the Kents. Martha explains that they found Kal-El's rocketship and raised him alongside Clark.
Lois is furious. She thinks Clark and Superman have been playing a joke on her for years. She storms out. Clark visits her at the Smallville motel, but Lois doesn't want to hear him out. Lana then approaches Lois before she leaves town. Lana tells Lois that Clark is in love with her.
Lois returns to Metropolis. She visits Jose Delgado in the hospital. Superman is there too, but Lois now wants him to leave her alone.
