This story takes place five years in the past when the new Brotherhood of Evil is being formed. Warp is recruited in this story.
Tin, the Captain, and the Professor are homages to Tintin.
Synopsis:
The Brain and Mallah are presumed dead after an attack by Madame Rouge. Andre Chavard, former Boy Commando and current head of a French intelligence agency, receives information from the Dome that the villains survived. He also learns that his adversary Captain Auguste Toulon had arranged for Rouge's attack. Intending to set up Toulon, Chavard leaks the Brain's current location.
Toulon sends his forces against the Brain in Saint-Tropez. The Brain is recruiting for a new Brotherhood of Evil. During the attack, Warp is hit by a special weapon. His transportation portal then opens on another world which is engulfed in war. Warp is unable to return the Brotherhood to Earth.
Brain learns that this world is dying and forces led by the evil Minos have captured a space ark that can save the surviving people led by Tin. Brain and the Brotherhood help Tin recapture the ark. He then uses technology to restore Warp's memory which enables them to return to Earth.
When they return, the Brotherhood kills Toulon.
