Synopsis:
Clark Kent visits the small town of Middletown to get a story on a typical country doctor. He meets Dr. David Brown and follows the doctor around learning about his job. Dr. Brown helps the people of the town and proves to be a real hero.

Brown's son then returns to town after completing medical school. Young Dr. Brown wants to go to Metropolis to be a city doctor. However, when his father dies Davie Brown is convinced to stay in Middletown and take over his father's work.
