Synopsis:
Dr. Charles McNider stumbles upon a group of fifth columnists preparing to use a secret weapon to shoot down American aircraft. He thwarts their intial effort by blindly falling into their sewer hide-out. Later he returns as Dr. Mid-Nite. To flush out the conspirators, Dr. Mid-Nite floods the sewers. The spies are forced into the open, where he can defeat them and protect the American skies.
