Synopsis:
Aquaman arrives too late to save a sinking barge belonging to Skipper Sam. Though the cargo was insured, Sam is upset that he will have to disappoint a group of children. The barge contained various carnival rides which he intended to use for an amusement park.

Aquaman offers to help. He and his fish friends create their own variety of carnival rides on the water. The children are delighted by the new amusements created by the aquatic life. Aquaman is able to duplicate all the attractions including the roller coaster, and the kids are able to go home happy.
