Synopsis:
Stanislaus leads the Blackhawks to Spain where the Nazis have deployed the War Wheel. While on the ground he accidentally leads the team into a pit of quicksand. While they are freeing themselves, the War Wheel disappears.
The team returns home. Chuck criticizes Stan's command. However, Stan proves himself by deducing how the War Wheel was able to suddenly vanish. He leads the team back into the sky and locates the War Wheel being carried by several blimps. The team shoots them down. The War Wheel lands and begins tearing through a Spanish village. Stan lures it into the same quicksand pit he was trapped in earlier. Once entrenched in the quicksand, the War Wheel is stopped.
Meanwhile Blackhawk himself has traveled to Marrakesh to find Domino. They are both captured by Moroccan bounty hunters. To escape, they are forced to work together. As the Blackhawks approach to meet up with their leader, Domino has Blackhawk in her gun sights. She doesn't fire. Seeing the situation Hendrickson shoots and kills her. Blackhawk is left to wonder if she held fire to save him or because her gun was jammed.
