Clayface escapes from prison while being transported to a new facility. He returns to Argus studios to continue his revenge. Batman learns of the escape and arrives at the studio to protect Julie Madison, now Portia Storme, the star of the latest Argus movie. Clayface burns down one of the sets nearly killing Robin in the process. Robin and Julie then switch places, drawing the villain into the open for Batman to catch.
