Synopsis:
Freddie Hill, a gang leader, hires a paid killer to kill his rival Horatio Delmar. The killer, Weasel, succeeds in murdering Delmar and frames Bruce Wayne for the crime. Hill then tries to kill Weasel, but succeeds only in putting him in the hospital.
Robin breaks Bruce out of jail, after Hill hires another man to disguise himself as Batman and try to kill Weasel in the hospital. The real Batman and Robin are able to bring Hill to the police, but the district attorney is against the Caped Crusader. Commissioner Gordon speaks up in Batman’s favor, and Weasel arrives to testify against Hill. Bruce and Batman are both cleared of wrongdoing, and Batman is made an honorary member of the police force.
