Synopsis:
While dictating a story to Myra Mason, Dr. McNider sees a killer outside his window. He grabs the killers attention by announcing his knowledge of jewels stolen by a rival gang. The killer puts the gun down to listen before killing anyone, but McNider is then able to slip away, change into costume and defeat the killer as Dr. Mid-Nite.
