Synopsis:
A group of crooks, the Moroni gang, have stolen weapons from the laboratory of a professor. These advanced weapons have special abilities which further the crimes of the gang. They take on the identities of the Sun, Moon, Comet, Mercury, and Saturn which have attributes similar to their new devices.

Starman finds the gang, but is quickly captured and imprisoned. His gravity rod runs out of power, but it is recharged during an eclipse, allowing him to defeat the gang.
