Synopsis:
The Toyman donates toys to a group of poor children, concealing his donation through wealthy businessmen. When the toys break, they are returned to the businessmen where concealed devices allow Toyman to rob the men. Superman suspects Toyman's involvement, but must protect bystanders rather than apprehend the crook.
Superman offers to help the businessmen recover from their losses if they help the poor. When they refuse to help, Superman publicly shames them into helping. Superman then tricks the Toyman by insulting the crook's vanity. Toyman is caught and a poor neighborhood is rebuilt.
