Synopsis:
The Prankster escapes from prison, but is unable to come up with a new theme for his crimes. When he is struck by a passing car, the owner James Joslyn offers him ten thousand dollars. Prankster thinks that his wishes have come true and decides to use wishes for his crime theme.

Under the guise of the Wizard of Wishes, the Pranksters grants several wishes for free. Superman investigates but is unable to prove that the Prankster is behind the wishes.

Joslyn decides to visit the wizard to get his own wish fulfilled. Prankster then tricks him into turning over all his money. Superman stops the scheme and prevents the robbery. Prankster is then sent back to prison.
