Synopsis:
Brain Wave returns, having escaped death in his last meeting with the JSA. He steals the JSA case book, then traps them by shrinking them to tiny size and imprisoning them in cages.
Hawkman summons his bird friends to help the JSA escape. They then separate in order to track down and stop Brain Wave lieutenants. Johnny’s Thunderbolt then gathers the group together again, restoring them to full size. The group assaults Brain Wave’s lair. The mastermind tries to destroy them with landmines, but the Thunderbolt has moved the mines under Brain Wave’s tower, destroying him instead.
