Synopsis:
The Blackhawks prepare new weapons for their war on crime. When a crook known as Professor Prozy strikes, the team decides to test their new weapons. On several occasions Proxy has counters specifically tailored to the new weapons the Blackhawks are using. This leads the team to suspect a spy.
When no evidence of a spy can be found, Blackhawk decides to construct the next weapon alone. Professor Proxy is able to learn the plan and is able to force Blakchawk's plane down. However, Blackhawk had already deduced that the spy was a Blackie imposter substituted for the real Blackie during a trip to the vet. He was thus able to smuggle the rest of the team into his jet without alerting the false Blackie. With all the Blackhawks together, they apprehend Professor Proxy and rescue the real Blackie.
