Synopsis:
Captain Comet investigates report of a strange black bubble that has appeared in the Midwest. He finds the bubble and learns that it is concealing an alien staging area. The aliens within are at war with another planet and are planning to use Earth as a launch point for their attacks. When they do the enemy will retaliate and many Earth people will die.

The aliens consider Earth men to be savages and are not concerned about the deaths they will cause. Captain Comet goes after the aliens and convinces them that all Earth men possess the same powers he does. The aliens reconsider their use of Earth as a staging area and leave the planet.
