Synopsis:
Superman rescues a family from a building fire. However, he is unable to stop the collapse of the building due to his weakened powers which have been siphoned by the sand Superman. When word of Superman's failure spreads, criminals become more brazen including a gang of bank robbers who injure Superman before he captures them.
I-Ching, the associate of Diana Prince, approaches Clark Kent and offers to help. Superman agrees. While Ching performs a healing ritual, members of the Anti-Superman Gang strike. They nearly kill the Man of Steel, but he is protected by his invulnerable costume. He is able to stop them using only his non-powered fists.
