Synopsis:
Lois investigates a phony astrologer who uses hypnosis to gain military secrets from officers visiting his parlor. Superman has to rescue Lois when the astrologer, Righab Bey, tries to kill her. Undaunted, Lois returns disguised and proceeds to get hired as Righab’s assistant.
Lois is found out again, but not before slipping evidence to Clark. Righab hypnotizes Lois into retrieving the documents. Lois shoots Clark while she is in a trance. He is unharmed of course and learns of the plot.
As Superman, Clark stops the spies operation and brings them to the authorities. Lois is then released from her trance without memory of events.
