Synopsis:
Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson attend a carnival, but Bruce notices that there are slot machines set-up. He talks to the owner, Colonel Dawes, an old friend, but finds an imposter instead. Batman and Robin investigate, exposing a gang of racketeers who have taken over the carnival. The Dynamic Duo free the real Dawes, then chase the gang around the carnival until everyone is apprehended.
