Synopsis:
Mr. Mxyzptlk returns to Earth. This time he goes to California and uses his magic to remake the Hollywood sign. Superman gets him to say his name backwards, but the imp reveals that he has changed the rules. Now Superman must get Mxyzptlk to paint his own face blue. If the Man of Steel succeeds, the imp promises to return to the 5th dimension. After making Superman battle cartoons brought to life, Mxyzptlk visits a television studio and is tricked by the Man of Steel into applying blue makeup. True to his word Mxyzptlk leaves Earth, and all the effects of his magic disappear.
