Synopsis:
A group of rubber manufacturers refuse to give their formulas to the government for the war effort. Army Intelligence tries to retrieve the formulas from the safe of Ivar Torgson, but the tycoon destroys them first.

Wonder Woman and Paula Von Gunther capture the rubber tycoons and attempt to reform them. The reformation process appears to work as they make Torgson to submit to his assistant Elva Dove. However Elva is not strong enough to hold him, so Paula makes them submit to Wonder Woman. The Amazon then retrieves the rubber formulas from the men and takes Elva back to Reform Island.
