Mole Men from the underworld break through to the surface in Washington. They take women captives as slaves to work for them underground. Wonder Woman and Paula allow themselves to be captured and are able to start a slave revolt. The blind mole men are unwilling to reach a peace accord with the women, until Wonder Woman is able to restore their sight. Blakfu the king is so impressed with the slave girl Calla, that he agrees to make her his queen and cooperate with the women.
