Synopsis:
Three former racketeers play cards in prison and tell each other the stories of how they were defeated by Batman. One crook used phony distress calls to lure police away from the crime scenes, another made a serum to induce laziness, and the third gang boss stole tanks and used them to break into banks. All three met their defeat at the hands of Batman.
