Part 2. : "The Clock Strikes - Doomsday"

Synopsis:
A costumed man calling himself Tempus claims to have a clock that predicts when disasters will occur. He reveals three such times to Jimmy Olsen. At the scheduled time, disasters occur that mimick famous catastrophes. Superman is able to contain the damage. With his final prediction, Tempus foretells of Earth's destruction in a similar fashion to Krypton's. He tells Jimmy that the clock actually causes the disasters. Jimmy knocks out Tempus, then tries to reset the clock. He fails, but Earth's destruction does not occur as planned. The time of Krypton's destruction was not accurately reflected because it was in Kryptonian time, not Metropolis's.
