Synopsis:
While pursuing a tip about an alien spaceship, Jimmy Olsen is attacked by two gangsters. Jimmy lands the Daily Planet helicopter near a deserted futuristic city. The crooks follow him. Jimmy then stumbles across a giant artificial man. The hulk assumes Jimmy's face, and Jimmy deduces that the creature is connected to the UFO sighting. Aliens then inform Jimmy that the creature was an experiment which they plan to leave behind.

The two gangsters still pursue Jimmy inside the city. When they see the giant they think it is the real Jimmy transformed by a weird geyser. They torture the creature and plan to use it against Superman. The real Jimmy intervenes to protect "Big Jimmy". However, the crooks then plan to kill him.

Jimmy manages to trick the crooks into fighting each other. When they do, the crooks kill each other. The aliens return and pick up Big Jimmy, while the real Jimmy returns to Metropolis.
