Synopsis:
While hiking in the mountains Jimmy discovers a magic goose that lays golden eggs whenever a magic word is spoken. Jimmy takes the goose and hopes to discover the magic word.

While covering his assignments, the magic word "For" is spoken several times, causing the goose to lay golden eggs. Jimmy can't determine which word was the correct one. Finally he figures out the correct word, but the goose is lost in a volcano eruption.

Jimmy returns to Metropolis. Unknown to him, the goose followed, winding up with the geese belonging to Lucy Lane's parents. Lucy's mother cooks the goose, so Jimmy is never able to benefit from the golden eggs.
