Synopsis:
Jimmy Olsen finds himself transported to Venus after looking through a telescope. On the planet he is exposed to the rays of a Rador, which the inhabitants say will turn him to stone. They operate in order to save him and give him a mechanical body before returning him to Earth. Jimmy suspects he is not really a robot and alerts Superman. The Man of Steel discovers a Kryptonite bomb attached to Jimmy and prevents a trap laid by a gang of crooks. The entire trip to Venus was just a hoax perpetrated to plant the bomb on Jimmy to kill Superman.
