Synopsis:
Dr. Diablo, a criminal scientist of the Anti-Superboy Gang, constructs a Superboy robot. He then uses a device to siphon some of Superboy's powers and places them into the android. He then sends the android to attack Superboy, but after a brief battle the robot Superboy rebels. The android chooses to help Superboy instead.

Superboy and his robot friend trade turns at playing Clark Kent, helping him fool Lana Lang. Diablo is infuriated by the android's revolt, so he plans a trap involving Kryptonite bombs to kill the robot. He then tries to blame the explosions on the real Boy of Steel. Superboy convinces the android that Diablo was responsible, but he is too late to save the android's artifical life. When the robot dies, Superboy's full powers return. Then he rounds up Diablo.
