Synopsis:
At a science fair, Tommy Davis unveils a weather prediction machine. He is laughed off stage when the machine predicts snow in late June. Later that day the Weather Wizard causes a snowstorm to help himself committ a robbery.

Flash learns about Tommy's prediction from Iris West. He questions Tommy, learning that themachine now predicts a dense fog. Once again the machine has foretold the Weather Wizard's crime. Though the Wizard gets away, with the help of Tommy's machine, Flash is eventually able to capture the villain.
