Synopsis:
Supergirl develops a device enabling her to communicate with her Kryptonian parents in the Survival Zone. She then constructs a machine to free them. During the process, something goes wrong, but Fred Danvers uses his engineering skill to correct the problem. Zor-El and Allura then emerge safely from the Survival Zone.
On Earth, Zor-El and Allura gain super powers. They intend to take Kara with them and live in Superman's Fortress. When they see how unhappy the Danvers family is, the Kryptonian couple decides to live in Kandor, where Kara can visit when she likes. Now, the former orphan girl has two sets of parents.
