This is a Detached Service Diary story starring Chuck.

Synopsis:
The Rocket Raiders, a gang of thieves using jet packs, are pursued by the Blackhawks. Chuck and Olaf capture one, learning he is a small-time hood named Fox Dooley. Chuck is made to look like Dooley and attend a meeting of the other crooks. Unfortunately, the crooks have a machine to detect imposters. Chuck is exposed, but he alters the machine so that other gang members appear to be phonies as well. The gang begins fighting themselves, allowing the Blackhawks to easily apprehend them.
