Synopsis:
The Blackhawks return to France to reenact the liberation of a French town from the Germans. A small group of Frenchmen apprehend Blackhawk, accusing him of being a Nazi collaborator. Blackhawk is put on trial. A photograph showing his involvement with the Nazis is produced. Blackhawk doesn't deny his actions, then escapes.
The Blackhawks hunt down their leader with the help of Frenchman Emile Dulac. They track him to a secret Nazi installation. Three of the Blackhawks are exposed to a strange gas which causes hallucinations. Dulac catches Blackhawk and apparently kills him. However, Blackhawk survives and shows the others proof that Dulac was the real collaborator. Blackhawk was working undercover to destroy the Nazi gas installation, but he needed proof to clear his name.
