Synopsis:
Midget Tiny Big helps the Blackhawks stop some harbor crooks. The media dubs him the Tom Thumb Blackhawk. Tiny decides that he should help the team more, but inadvertantly foils one of the Blackhawks’ plan. He makes up for his mistake by saving their lives later against the Yellow Raider and his gang. Tiny then decides to rejoin the carnival instead of further interfering with the Blackhawks.
