Synopsis:
A criminal scientist constructs a super robot with human intelligence named Ultra. The scientist uses Ultra to committ his crimes, and it captures half of the Blackhawks. The team manages to escape and cause the robot to tumble off a cliff. It is angered and rebels against even its own master. It constructs three robot slaves of its own, but the Blackhawks succeed in destroying all the robots and incarcerating their creator.
