Synopsis:
Using a strange array of fireworks to blind and confuse pilots and ship captains, the Fireworks Master robs several cargo vessels. He steals items necessary to build a rocket. The Blackhawks investigate the case and learn that the crook is likely John Larkin, a fireworks expert who is bitter over being fired. The Blackhawks find Larkin's base where he intends to launch a rocket into space that will rain deadly fireworks down upon the world. Blackhawk manages to stop the rocket, and his team apprehends Larkin.
