Synopsis:
Blackhawk Island is threatened by strange alien elements. An alien named Symar uses a vacuum gun to collect the element. He then trains the other Blackhawks to use the vacuum guns to collect similar elemental threats across the Earth.

When the Blackhawks complete their missions, they give the guns back to Symar. He combines the collected elements to create a creature with incredible power. He intends to take the creature to his home planet and conquer it. The Blackhawks are unable to stop the creature, but Blackhawk takes the control device from Symar and uses it to destroy the creature. Symar is then sent home to be incarcerated by his own people.
