Synopsis:
The Blackhawks receive a challenge from a man calling himself the Cat-Man. The crook boasts that he was given nine lives by a witch doctor. Using the extra lives Cat-Man has escaped danger. When he is down to his final two lives, Blackhawk tricks him to make him think his extra lives were all used. Unwilling to use what he thinks is his final life, Cat-Man surrenders.
