Synopsis:
The Blackhawks attempt to stop a villain called the Smoke-Master from stealing an experimental missile launching system. Using a variety of smoke screens and gas weapons the villain succeeds in his thefts. However, the Blackhawks trail their foe back to his hideout. The Smoke-Master tries several smoke and gas attacks on the team, but the Blackhawks prevail when they turn a laughing gas attack back on their enemy.
